{"id":476,"date":"2019-10-06T13:10:27","date_gmt":"2019-10-06T13:10:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bioevents.net\/fibromyalgia2021\/?page_id=476"},"modified":"2023-04-04T14:11:05","modified_gmt":"2023-04-04T14:11:05","slug":"instructions-for-poster-presentations","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/med-lysosomal.com\/instructions-for-poster-presentations\/","title":{"rendered":"Instructions for Poster Presentations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please note the following information for the preparation of your poster.<\/p>\n<p>Please bring your printed poster with you to the Conference.<\/p>\n<p>Only the accepted abstracts of fully registered and paid presenters will be included in the final Conference program.<\/p>\n<p><strong>POSTER PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The e poster layout is PORTRAIT.<\/p>\n<p>Please prepare your poster to fit the dimensions below, it is recommended that posters be prepared on one sheet of poster paper.<br \/>\nThe dimensions of the poster should not exceed 90 cm wide x 1.2m long (35.5 inches wide x 47 inches long).<br \/>\nAllocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract \u2013 as illustrated below.<br \/>\nThe text, illustrations, etc. should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters (six feet).<br \/>\nMaterials will be available for the mounting of posters.<br \/>\nPlease refer to the Final Program book that you will receive upon arrival at the Conference for the poster board number assigned to you.<br \/>\nPlease use the board with the same number.<br \/>\nSuggested template for the poster is as below:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/med-cannabis2021.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/24\/2019\/10\/Poster-Dimensions-244x300.jpg\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/med-cannabis2021.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/24\/2019\/10\/Poster-Dimensions-244x300.jpg\" \/><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1689\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bioevents.net\/aesthetics\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/79\/2022\/06\/Poster-Dimensions-244x300-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"244\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>INFORMATION FOR PRESENTATIONS<\/strong><br \/>\nPosters will be on display for the duration of the Conference: <strong>Thursday, 21 April\u2013 Friday, 21 April, 2023<\/strong><br \/>\nPosters may be mounted from 08:00 on Thursday and should be removed after sessions on Friday.<br \/>\nPoster presenters should stand next to their posters during the coffee and lunch breaks for informal Q&amp;A.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Med-Lysosomal<\/strong>\u00a0and the Organizers thereof will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time or that are damaged.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS Please note the following information for the preparation of your poster.
